We use high-quality, sustainably sourced wood from a local sawmill. Our products primarily feature maple, walnut, and cherry woods, chosen for their durability, beauty, and natural patterns.

What glue do you use in your products
All cutting boards are glued together with Titebond III.

What finishes do you apply to your products?
Bare cutting boards are finished with two coats of Gilboy's Hard Wax Oil.

Can I customize my order?

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition, unused (except for The Pinwheel 30-day home trial), and in the original packaging. Please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process. How do I care for my end grain cutting board?To care for your end grain cutting board, hand wash both sides with warm, soapy water immediately after use and dry it thoroughly. This keeps the moisture distribution consistent throughout the board. Avoid soaking the board or putting it in the dishwasher. Apply a food-safe mineral oil or cutting board conditioner such as Gilboy's Hard Wax Oil every 12 months to maintain its luster and prevent drying and cracking.
