Standard Shipping (Royal Mail Tracked 48):

2-10kg: £7.99

10kg+: £11.59

Free shipping on orders over £300.

3. Delivery Timeframe

For items shown as In Stock, orders are typically processed within seven business days. This is to allow for any conditioning, finishing, and drying of certain products. Customisation lead time will be discussed on a case by case basis.

Delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 48 usually takes two to three business days after dispatch.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

You can track your package using the Royal Mail website or app to monitor its progress.

5. Delivery Confirmation

Royal Mail Tracked 48 requires a signature upon delivery to ensure your package reaches you safely.

If you are not available at the time of delivery, Royal Mail will leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your package from a local depot.

Returns Policy
Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed
At Carvalho Designs, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free returns process.

1. Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

With the exception of the End-Grain Chopping Boards, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

The End-Grain Chopping Boards benefit from the 30-Day home trial; try them at home for 30 days. If you’re not completely satisfied, return them for a full refund with no questions asked.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. Return Process

Step 2: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return the item.

Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the Return Authorization Number.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
